KOP-FLEX Coupling maintenance services
SMS Millcraft provides factory-authorized service and repair of Kop-Flex power transmission couplings in Kop-Flex Service Centers located in our facilities. As a result, Kop-Flex Coupling customers have more locations for equipment repairs and refurbishment, expert failure analysis and field technical support to keep couplings running like new. In addition, the Kop-Flex Service Centers regularly refurbish, repair and reverse-engineer competitors’ couplings. The additional service centers enhance customer service and convenience for Kop-Flex customers and increase equipment turnaround times.
SMS Millcraft maintains the stringent quality standards required by Kop-Flex and uses the latest measurement, testing, balancing and welding equipment; inspection tools; and CNC machining centers. The service centers maintain an extensive inventory of Kop-Flex parts and are staffed with fully trained field service and maintenance specialists. In addition, our experienced technicians and field service specialists work with Kop-Flex technical support to provide failure analyses, inspection reports and consulting services to prolong coupling life and reduce downtime.
